Work by Maria Nepomuceno is featured in Panorama Monferrato, a region-wide exhibition presented by ITALICS.ART throughout the towns of Camagna, Vitale, Montemagno, and Castagnole from September 4 through 8.

Curated by Carlo Falciani, Panorama Monferrato includes sixty-two ITALICS member galleries and sixty-three artists in an active dialogue with the local heritage and traditions of the region. The exhibition takes inspiration from the principles of La civil conversazione by Stefano Guazzo, and is divided into four thematic chapters that form a cohesive narrative: in Camagna, the theme of Lavoro e radici [Labor and Roots] is explored; in Vignale, Ritratto e identità [Portrait and Identity]; in Montemagno, Caducità e morte [Transience and Death]; and finally, in Castagnole, the theme Sacralità dell’arte, anche laica [Sacredness of Art, including Secular Art], is developed.

Panorama Monferrato also includes a program of events and special collaborations with local cultural institutions. The public program kicks in at different times of the day for visitors in each town in the itinerary, stimulating engagement and participation.
